Texas A&M quarterback Conner Weigman and five other players were unavailable for Saturday’s game at Florida due to a flu outbreak.

Fellow quarterback Max Johnson, defensive backs Bryce Anderson and Kent Robinson, kicker Ethan Moczulski and offensive lineman Kam Dewberry also were ruled out for the Aggies.

Texas A&M (3-5, 1-4 SEC) brought a four-game losing streak into Gainesville, Fla., to face the Gators (4-4, 1-4).

Weigman, a freshman, made his first career start in last weekend’s 31-28 loss to Ole Miss and completed 28 of 44 passes for 338 yards with four touchdowns and no interceptions.
