The Kardashians Season 2 on Hulu has been criticized for lack of material by fans, and a critic has lambasted the creators for weak plots. The season wrapped up this week. The reality show began with Keeping Up With The Kardashians, which captivated viewers by providing graphic details about the Kardashian family’s lifestyle, difficulties, feelings, and everything else. However, the most recent season appears to be focused more on portraying the family in a positive light by showing controlled tales.

The most common criticism appears to be how “boring” the show has become, with some believing it is now little more than an extended advertisement for the sister’s numerous businesses and ventures.

The Kardashians have just a 21 percent acceptance rating on Rotten Tomatoes, reports say. Many fans have expressed their displeasure online. “Kardashian is such a chore to watch lately,” one former devotee lamented. “It’s just constant ads and product placement.”

The storylines of the second season included Kourtney Kardashian’s wedding to Travis Barker, Kylie Jenner’s second pregnancy, and the Kardashians’ appearance at the 2022 Met Gala. There is hardly any mention or allusion to important concerns or occurrences, such as the Astroworld disaster, and there is barely any mention of Kim Kardashian’s connection with Pete Davidson.

According to an article by Variety critic Daniel D’Addario, the series has been largely about the family’s irresponsible display of wealth. The review, which was released on Monday, claimed that the latest season of The Kardashians features a work-obsessed, plot-free narrative. The critic also chastised the family for flaunting their fortune.

According to the reviewer, the show feels like a document of strict control in the manner that the family thinks fit. They have also presented themselves as fashion industry leaders. According to one fan’s TikTok theory and other comments from fans under the video titled I’ve Cracked The Kardashians Code is about presenting a documentary-style look at the family and repairing the damage. Perhaps The Kardashians was not developed exclusively to promote the Kardashian-Jenner family’s multiple businesses. But, whether fans like it or not, it’s certainly a huge element of the series.

A third season has yet to be confirmed, but Kourtney reportedly revealed to E! News back in September during New York Fashion Week. “I’ve been here filming season 3.” Variety reports that the reality television payout is worth at least $100 million.
