Man arrested with gun outside Supreme Court Justice Kavanaugh’s Maryland home

A  California man was arrested who was carrying a  gun and other weapons such as pepper spray and knives outside Supreme Court Justice Kavanaugh’s home in Maryland.

Nicholas John Roske of Simi Valley, California, is the suspect. He has been known to make threats  against Kavanaugh. Roske made a call to police to report the incident and told them he wanted to kill him. Police arrived at the scene and made the arrest.

The Supreme Court said today there is no ruling yet in the case Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, delaying the  opinion to possibly  overturn Roe v. Wade, a landmark 1973 ruling that guaranteed a woman’s right to an abortion.

U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland said in a press conference , “The protection of all the justices residences 24/7 is on high alert. Garland also met with the marshal, the deputy FBI director, the U.S. Marshal Service, and the Justice Department’s own law enforcement prosecutors “to ensure every data protection available.”
